This is a clean new though not perfect example of relatively rare vintage Schwinn cyclometer by CEV Italy, part number 02 814, for 20 front wheels with bolt-on axles not quick-release hub skewers. It is not for use on Rates, as those have a 16 front wheel.

This is one of the few 1971 survivors calibrated for 20 wheels such as Sting-Rays and similar bikes. This is a complete installation, containing: Schwinn Cyclometer Head 02 814 for 20 bolt-on front wheels. See my other listings for more vintage Schwinn speedometer items.
