The color is difficult to represent, but these are good old patterson deep orange not light orange and not red. There are 96 spokes here, more than enough for two 36 spoke wheels.

No packaging, but I am certain these are vintage 80's parts. 194mm perfect length for old school bmx 20 wheels built 4 cross just like back in the day.
