I've tried fitting them to 700c rims and they're very loose so they're 27 unless someone out there knows more about these than me. Please, do not ask me to misrepresent any information on the custom forms, I will not do that.

Regarding the pics, the sidewalls aren't yellow but an aged brownish red.

13 oz or less I will add first class. Even if boxed and sealed they can still show signs of age.

Through my online research i've found references to the year 1973 and 27 x these look like open tubular but that construction didn't exist in the early '70's that i'm aware of items for offer as described and do not include any of the props.

I suspect clement as the mfg as Raleigh contracted to them to produce Raleigh criterion seat tubular see my other Raleigh tire listing.
