One slight bent spoke, others may need adjusting. Vintage Jc Higgins 3 speed hub on 26 chrome rim 26x13 8 simpered premium tire in acceptable shape, some wear slight weather check but will last along time yet. Tire holds air, hub is missing cable, but spins freely includes oil plug.

Worked years ago just fine, but no guarantees. Chrome is acceptable buffing should remove most of the oxidation, some pitting.
