I was going to use it on a webco replica build but ended up selling the frame. I got a few of these in crate old stems. You are buying a vintage Ashtabula bicycle stem that has been modified with gussets.
I am not sure if this stem was modified by webco or someone else have compared pics of know reinforced stems on the bmx museum and every one has slight differences. I wire brushed it and re-sprayed the flat black.
