I have not tried removing the bigger one in back. There looks to be 2 different adapters, the small one in front is loose.

The sprocket has light tooth wear and looks to be in really nice shape. I got it with my Haro ultra but have switched to a USA CBC'd mega nuke that matches other parts. Up for sale is a nice used silver Haro grind disc with 44 tooth sprocket.

The grind disc part has a few scuffs and depression where crank arm went across it. It would make a great rider, look better with good cleaning or even fully restore.
