Marked meng and SAE4130. It has a slight bend, the chrome is dull and spotty. I rode a little bit on this post, but I would not recommend anything more than casual riding.

Up for sale is a seat post pulled from a 1987 Haro fsx. The fluorescent yellow is spray paint that would be easy to remove.

I think the bend would be fairly easy to straighten out compared to most bent ones I see.
