All mounting bolts surprisingly turn by hand and have no wrench marks. I am certain you can bolt it on and it will work first time but it needs a proper cleaning or restoration to be presentable. Not used often but neglected.

Includes all original mounting hardware with tab for taillight. Hinge and actuator work well.
