The bearings are buttery smooth with no play and treads sharp. Excellent: very minor wear which is not distracting.
An item that shows no signs of ever being used. Nos new old stock: the item doesn show wear in areas which normally when used but does very minor from storage. It may show signs of being repaired in the past.
Like-new: the item looks brand-new but on closer examination there are one or two very minor marks that show has been used. There some scratches on the edges. Those over 3 pounds I ship USPS select ground. Good: a well-used item that may have considerable cosmetic wear and or writing, marking, stains but which the quality of its use does not suffer.
Never pay any handling charge. I use green packaging either reused or purchased second-hand.
No writing marking stains are present. Packages under 1 pound I ship first class.
