I'm not sure of the amount miles on fork. Allows for a variety of ride settings. The shock is cosmetically in great condition.
It was too soft for my weight of 175lbs. The micro lube ports have recently been greased and damping oil also changed.
From my experience, this shock is best suited for an individual up to 160lbs. Between springs and elastics.
