Details:

I set up a cool 70's bike for my son. The bike has hung in our garage ever since.

The instructions show plastic end caps but they were not included. This is an end user sale only. I purchased this seat brand new many years ago.

The seat has been relisted due to an invalid purchase, and I am seeking sanctions for this continued unwanted and malicious purchasing. All the parts that came with the seat are there.

I got large chrome axle nuts instead. I recently put the original parts back on the bike.
