This is the gold standard in pedals with clips. Leather is firm, strap cinch and release mechanism works great. Both axles are straight and spin freely but having sat for a while I would do a quick rebuild and grease the bearings.

My rule is if I clean them I keep them, so save yourself some money and me some shelf space and clean them yourself, or use as is. One pedal has some road rash on it, as seen in the picture of the pedal bottoms. I set a reasonable bin price so you can get these out on the road as quick as you like. I rode with clips and straps for decades before I bought a set of clip less pedals.
