These rims were used from sometime in the 80s through late 90s. They do have a manufacturing flaw that I didn't even notice until was taking pictures. One of them caused a small dimple next to the main see pictures. The brake pads barely touched them, they have a few minor flaws but are about as close to new you can get off of used bike.
