If anyone has more details please let me know and I will update the listing. I am fairly confident this is an Akisu frame and forks accept most reasonable offers based on the markings it was created in 1984 has one small ding as seen photo. Otherwise it looks really sweet.

I took the fork off to clean it up, all parts are included put back together.
