They have been stored for many years so I'm sure they would be happy if you regressed the bearings. No cracks or chips or any damage.
These are in excellent condition. They could use a little better cleaning and cleaning the brake pad rubber off the edges. I checked a small place on one of them and it came off fairly easy with steel wool. They roll straight.
I checked that side with the nut from the other side and the axle threads are good.
