I have always called that size the American or BM size. This headset has 30. I'm not sure but I think this may have been for some very early paramount bikes anyway, make sure it will fit your bike before you purchase it.

It looks just like so many other Schwinn headsets that are in thousands and thousands of bikes from the 50s to the 70s. 2mm cups which is more commonly found on higher end vintage road and MN bikes. This is a very unusual headset that I have not seen before.

But those all have a cup dia of 32. Like old heavyweight cruisers, to middleweights, to stingrays to varsity bikes and many more. It is a bit of a mystery to me.
