Some age related rust on chrome handlebars and front chrome fork. New white balloon tires. Using Schwinn cruisers. This bike is ready to ride and sure to turn some heads.

Green with white trim. Vintage late 1940's 1957, Schwinn ladies model B2CXE bicycle. Green paint is original and also shows wear and tear of a bike of this era.

As a reference, the serial number look up has two build date possibilities.

In the '48 catalog, I found a model B2CXE which looks just like our bike. Will leave the build date up to interpretation. New departure brake. Has a Schwinn replacement seat.

Actual build date is questionable. This bike has a skip tooth sprocket and wheel drive. Rear reflector is missing but otherwise bike is complete.
