This is a brand new NOS OEM Rear Release Lever Unit with cover bolt, star washer and retainer for an eight 8 speed Shimano 105 STI drifter. Left side front release mechanisms are easy to find, right rears very rare and difficult find. According to Shimano this will also work in a RX100 and RSX sifters.
