Some of the 24 individual levers are pairs: 2 dura ace one an SL 7401 set, golden arrow, and z408's. These are being sold as a group of 24 levers for 1 price.

One right lever is a light action 7-speed with its internal parts intact. The 1st three photos show top then side back of each lever. I have noted that the right dura-ace and light action do their internals.
