The decals are original and chrome is in great condition with very light rust spots it just needs a cleaning.

I tried to do a little research on it and haven't really had much luck. It seems to be a pretty rare make but has very noticeable frame from the time period. I found this frame and fork in a storage unit San Diego while back. The guy had these bubble wrapped and taped together so I can tell he was hanging on to them for a reason.
