Rubber is old and I have not filled them completely with air to see if they will hold. Bearings on rear wheel turn smoothly by hand, but the front hub grind and may need to be replaced. Paint is peeling and there some surface rust.

Rubber is red and information printed in English Russian bicycle wheels with tires bearings sprockets. This is a pair of vintage ussr 12.
