The crank is SR A86 175x24 Cosmos lite, which were also used by and mongoose at that time. There is no damage that I can see anywhere, just cosmetic refinishing needed. For sale are these 3 items from a 1986 Torker 2 freestyle BMX, likely 280 or 360AIR model. The threads are very good too, and the headset PCs on it also included no bearings dropouts too.
The steer tube is Spinner stamped and should also say 86 by that but hard to read through the paint with my bad eyes. The paint is also due for refinishing. This crank is in very good shape as far the chrome goes, and not bent or stripped either. The forks and 44t steel sprocket still have original stickers attached but are badly faded away.
I may also have some spinner pegs I could list separately if you would need them for the fork.
