Christophe' brand toe clips made in france in chrome steel in the 80's. Someone may love this piece for some reason. As seen in up close pics, this toe clip set has brilliant chrome still.

Would have been used for all the normal road stuff mostly. What is unique is that the toe strap loop on top is riveted, but adjustable up and down depending upon where the top clip is positioned on the pedal.
