There are some scuffs, scratches and stained spots from normal use as seen in the photos. The stem fits a threaded 1 steered with 22. Lower us 48 states only. Bolt head hex and threads are all in good condition.

Nice vintage 3ttt quill stem. 2mm inside diameter.

Also fits 26mm handlebar outside diameter and the stem is 110mm in length . The stem is in good condition overall.
